my fave song during quarantine ... so far

I believe it was April 1st when I discovered this song and even up to now, I still jam to it as if it was the first time I've heard it. So after listening to it so much, I was inspired to create a (second) Lukanette drawing. I'll set the mood:

Marinette and everyone from Kitty Section are hanging out at a café and it’s open mic. Marinette highly encourages Luka to perform the song that’s been stuck in his head (if ya know what I mean lolol), but he’s hesitant. Marinette then gets their friends to encourage him to perform. Luka is still skeptical, but when Marinette asks him, he shrugs it off and gets on stage to perform. So his song goes something like this …

first ink for Inktober is Lukanette?

October 13th was a day that wrecked me: I watched Part 1 of the Season 3 finale for Miraculous Ladybug (which was kinda by accident 'cause I didn't know it was a finale episode). It wrecked me so bad I wanted to draw a doodle, making it my first doodle of Lukanette. If you've also been reading my blog, you can tell which Meg & Dia song inspired me. :)

On Monday, I watched the latest Miraculous Ladybug episode and that junk messed me up ... so I wanted to draw something lol. I was also listening to "Numbers" by The Cab and it inspired me to make this doodle. I originally thought of it having no candle, but thought it would be cute since it didn't show Chat blowing it out heh.

I mentioned in my first post how I've been obsessed about this cartoon show I've been watching. I started re-watching them and I'm still so upset of how episode 24 gave me so much angst, which this scene is based from but with the "love square" incorporated. The lyrics above are also what pretty much inspired me for this doodle.

At DVC, my instructor was showing us how to make a blog for our portfolio. Sorry it's boring and blank right now. This semester has been really crazy with tons of homework piles, so I'll be on hiatus at least until the semester is over. In the mean time, enjoy this doodle of a cartoon I've been fangirling about since the start of this year.
